This membership agreement, when signed by the member (or an appropriate guardian if under 18) and agreed by EK ELITES Sports Academy, constitutes a binding agreement between EK ELITES and the individual. Membership fees will be paid monthly by Direct Debit following acceptance.

Membership fees are paid to become a member of EK ELITES Sports Academy and are not related to attendance at sessions or participation in matches. Membership runs for the duration of your involvement with the academy.

You must give EK ELITES Sports Academy at least one month's notice to cancel membership.
